Luxury travel between South Africa and the UK is reaching new heights.
Virgin Atlantic has announced a major expansion of its South African schedule for the 2026/27 winter season, adding more flights between OR Tambo International Airport, Cape Town and London Heathrow Airport.
From October 2026 through April 2027, travellers can enjoy up to 10 weekly flights to Johannesburg and 11 weekly services to Cape Town, offering greater freedom to move between two of the world’s most dynamic destinations.
The increase reflects rising demand from discerning travellers seeking seamless journeys, elevated comfort and world-class service.
