What to Know About Survivor Australia: Australia vs The World

Here are some interesting facts about this season, courtesy of the Survivor Wiki:

  • Australia v The World is the first season to feature a four-time returning player (Shonee).
  • It is the first season to feature multiple imported players—and the first season to import players from Survivor franchises other than the American version.
  • It is the first English-language Survivor season to have more women than men, and the first Australian Survivor season to have an uneven number of men and women.
  • Following Survivor: Winners at War, this season features the second-highest number of former Sole Survivors in a single season, with five (David, Parvati, Tony, Lisa and Rob).
  • Counting their appearances from Survivor USA and Australia vs. The World, Cirie and Parvati’s fifth appearance overall is this one.
