Additionally, he strengthens his body with two focused gym workouts and prioritises recovery with two soothing massages to alleviate any tension.

Overall, his weekly mileage is impressive, averaging around 15 kilometres in the water, an astounding 450 kilometres on the bike, and 90 kilometres of running on land, reflecting his unwavering commitment to his sport.

‘It’s obviously really nice to be able to just put the seats flat and put my bike in very easily. I have training partners, so going to and from runs means we can fit everyone in.
