The view from the Lacuna Bar out over the pool area into the lush gardens of the Maslow Hotel has a gravitational pull. Its what I would call a most inviting space.
Frequented by the business guests of the hotel and the more informed local community, the patrons are sophisticated and as such require a sophisticated food and beverage offering. Enter UMAI.
UMAI’s menu includes items like Alaskan Crab California Roles, Salmon Roe and all the usual dishes, deliciously fresh and beautifully presented.

We recommend for many other reasons in including mental wellness, to rather come and sit here than in traffic. Book in advance though.
